PNCR copper cable granulator adopts advanced design, rational structure and reliable operation. The characteristics of the production line can not only deal with thick wires which the normal crusher can process, but also the very thin wire has good separation effect. The present production line by feeding conveyor belt, heavy duty crushing machine, feeding blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, hydraulic Station and electrical control cabinet and other components.


The waste cables or wires will become plastic pellets and copper particles after been crushed. The mixed will jump and move ahead like wave type on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlet areas.  


Each step is controlled by the PLC program, started and stopped by one button. The operation interface video display the working condition of the important parts, and intelligent display the equipment failure.The max. diameter of scrap cable is 60mm. It is easy to operation and maintenance, the separation purity can reach 99% with single copper core of diameter ≥0.2mm and the input capacity around  300-500 kg/hr.
