Features：
1. The production line is high degree automatic. As long as someone put into the waste plastic in the front and one person take the ganulator in the back.It enables direct transition from waste plastic to final product.
2.The line is designed on basis of Germany device drawing and we continue to improve our technology. These ehhects make our machine has reasonable design,beautiful appearance and long-term work life. The parts where contact with material are made of stainless steel.
3. Final particles is high quality, no bubbles, full round.
4.Final particles has good appearance,cylinder shape. The size and thickness can be adjusted.
5.Forced feeding device, extruder and granulator cutting machine all adopts inverter control.
6.The material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoAl.Surface hardening after nitriding treatment, long service life.
7.The particles will be cutted directly after cooling and then will be delivered to storage hopper by the fan. The problem of broken wire will not happen.
8.There are outfall and vacuum pump above the barrel to ensure the quality of granules.
